Welcome to my website where you can find out more about me, the services I provide and my contact details for making enquiries about my availability.
I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist with more than twenty years experience working in the NHS and more than 10 years experience as a qualified Clinical Psychologist. I continue to work in the NHS in Essex alongside my private practice. I currently offer online evening appointments but will soon be able to provide face to face appointments in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.
I have experience of working with both adults and children and adolescents with a wide range of mental health difficulties and have worked in both inpatient and community settings. As a Clinical Psychologist, my training involved learning to use a range of therapeutic approaches and models, including cognitive behavioural (CBT), systemic and psychodynamic. I have also undertaken additional post graduate training in CBT. I work in an integrative way, working with my clients to formulate their particular difficulties and draw on the most helpful approaches or techniques to meet their individual goals for therapy. I provide a supportive, none-judgmental, confidential space in which my clients can feel safe to share and think through the difficulties they are experiencing.
